![]() I like playing him 5, he's very fun in aggressive line ups since he has no long CDs and his spells on strong early on. He makes a pretty crazy early game push engine. I think it's easier to work him into the 5 role, but 3 or 2 has a stronger timing window if you draft around it. Let me know if you'd like more, and I'd be happy to write something down later :D The Witchblade + q combo at max rank hits for 700+ without refreshing. You are a right clicker with armor debuff and huge slows. I reliably hit 700-800 gpm every game with Dazzle, no matter the matchup. You are a beast, and if you get str blink and shivas, you can even be an initiator. You have Perma shadow blade, very low CD travels, 40s BKB, hex, etc. However, don't just fight, also farm, as your farming speed is disgustingly high if you understand what the hero does. After Midas farm your travels BKB/whatever you choose. Minute 9-10 you should have Witchblade and level 9-10. Contrary to popular belief you CAN take ancient stacks. Nuke enemy with e when in middle of wave and they lose 50% of their hp. Start using q rank 2 onward when you know you can refresh it. Skill build is 95% of the time 4 0 2 1 by level 7, getting grave level 8, and maxing e afterwards.įor talents get +50 ad level 10 always, level 15 depends on whether you will be hitting people or not - take the str if you need to be beefy, always the poison touch dps minute 20, and really up to you the level 25 - I prefer the slow.įor timings/playstyle: get ranged creep with shadow wave after pulling aggro, deals like half the ranged creep HP with all melees hitting it. Situationally good: Aeon Disk, Linkens, Aghanims Scepter Mid game: Midas, BKB, travels, shadow blade Starting items: quelling blade, tango, circlet, mantle, fairy fireĮarly game: bottle, null talisman, brown boots, witch blade Will try to make it brief as I am typing from my phone, but if people are interested I could later make a detailed guide on steam workshop (or through here). Let me know if I can expand on anything else. I've been tinkering with builds for a while now and found a playstyle that I think really suits the hero. You can often splitpush with no fear because you can just BKB + Grave + TP away and nobody can stop you. BKB is a core item, and travels + Silver Edge are insane on your hero. There's a few midlane matchups that fuck you up, but with careful laning are manageable most notably - Lina. You can push waves, take stacks, deal damage, push, and take rosh. Regardless, Dazzle is a powerfarmer that scales VERY WELL into the late game. However, with the introduction of Witchblade and the great item known as Midas, you can become a very strong right clicker through the midgame, providing save and utility for your team later on. ![]() I would argue Dazzle, from the midlane, is not the deathball-focused hero he used to be years ago when Necro was in the game. The hero functions very well in the midlane, as long as you understand his laning, powerspikes, and playstyle. Hey! For reference, I have over 300 Dazzle games and am currently sitting at 6k mmr.
